The ICT Card is primarily intended for managers, specialists and, under certain conditions, trainees who remain within the same company or group while being temporarily assigned to Germany.
Unlike many law firms, we do not bill according to hours spent. Instead, we work on a fixed-fee basis. This allows you to avoid legal costs that are difficult to calculate and to know from the outset of the proceedings what costs you will incur.
The cost of engaging our services is EUR 1,999.00. To our knowledge of the market, this is a particularly attractive price offer. The costs are tax-deductible as business expenses.
Our fixed fee covers the legal review, preparation and support of the proceedings, as well as communication with the competent authorities.
