Terms and Conditions and Mandate Agreement
A. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all current and future contractual relationships between
RA Daniel Dirmeier, sole proprietor (visalabs)
(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)
and
the respective client or customer
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
B. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a binding offer.
A contract is concluded when:
- the Client books a service via the website, or
- the Client expressly instructs the Provider to provide legal advice or representation
and
- the Provider confirms acceptance or begins performance.
C. Scope of Services
The scope of services is determined by the respective agreement.
The subject of the contract may include:
- legal advice
- support in immigration-related procedures
- digital services via the visalabs platform
No specific outcome or success is owed.
The Provider relies on the information and documents provided by the Client. Verification of completeness or accuracy is only part of the service if explicitly agreed.
German law shall apply exclusively.
D. Platform Use and User Account
Certain services require the creation of a user account.
The Client is obliged to:
- provide accurate information
- keep login credentials confidential
- update information without undue delay
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
E. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
- it is provided on a non-binding basis
- it may be terminated at any time
- no entitlement to continued use exists
The Provider may limit or terminate the trial at any time.
F. Fees and Payment
Fees are determined by:
- the prices stated on the website, or
- separate agreements
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are calculated in accordance with the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG).
Payments are processed via:
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
The Client is obliged to pay all due amounts on time.
G. Communication
Communication may take place via:
- platform
- messenger services or similar tools
The Client agrees to this form of communication.
The Client must:
- regularly check messages
- ensure that contact details are up to date
The Provider is not liable for delays or failures in communication due to technical reasons.
H. Client Obligations
The Client must:
- provide all necessary information and documents in a timely and complete manner
- respond promptly to inquiries
Failure to comply may result in delays or disadvantages for which the Provider is not responsible.
I. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Provider is bound by statutory confidentiality obligations.
The Client agrees that personal data may be:
- stored
- processed
- shared with third parties
to the extent necessary for proper execution of the mandate.
J. Liability
The Provider shall only be liable:
- in cases of intent or gross negligence
- for breaches of essential contractual obligations
Liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
K. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify:

In case of withdrawal, payments already made will be refunded.
If the Client has requested that services begin before the end of the withdrawal period, a reasonable amount must be paid for services already rendered.
L. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
German law shall apply exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is:

M. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
